Thai Boxing First-Timers

Friday nights at 7.10pm

Our First-Timers session will fully prepare you to attend our regular classes at the Kao Loi Gym.

The session will cover the following areas of technique:

 

1/  Stance

2/  Guard

3/  Basic Movement

4/  Basic Punch, Elbow, Knee, and Kick

5/  How to hold pads for a partner

6/  Basic defence

All trainees must be prepared to perform techniques slowly, so that they can attend to their movements and correct them where necessary.

If you come with a friend you can learn and progress together.
