However sometimes techniques have to be used to deal with attacks from behind, attacks with weapons, and attacks by many people. Of course none of these situations arise in competition, and so they must be practised if your goal is to feel safe on the streets. Private sessions are ideal for increasing your confidence on the street.

Our positive training in martial arts is excellent for encouraging children to have the confidence to say no to bullying, and to think positively about physical exercise through education and participation.
