Schools - Kao Loi Thai Boxing has worked with a number of schools, and has implemented a programme of safe learning which promotes good technique, encourages physical exercise, and develops team working skills.

Personal Fitness  - Our group sessions develop cardiovascular and muscular fitness, and are an excellent addition to an overall weight management plan.

Beginners - Kao Loi run regular beginners courses, and our group sessions also cater for beginners who just want to start immediately.  You will learn stance, guard, and simple techniques first, as well as how to work safely with a partner.

Intermediates - During our group sessions you will learn about different types of movement - moving to attack or to defend.  You will also learn some defensive techniques.

Advanced - You are now ready to begin your tactical development which will teach you to skilfully implement different strategies according to the strengths and weaknesses of your opponent.

Competition - A small number of our members choose to compete.   Our group sessions and private lessons will fully prepare you for  this challenge should you choose to accept it!

Grading -  Kao Loi hold gradings every 3 months.  We have a grading structure which is designed to assist you in your technical and tactical development.

Instructor Training -  Kao Loi have trained many people to a high level, and many of them have chosen to begin passing on their knowledge to others.  We run regular teacher training sessions covering a variety of topics such as biomechanics, psychology and physiology, as well as investigating technical and tactical issues.  We also support our instructors in building up their own classes.
