Kao Loi Thai Boxing

Saturday 27th at Doncaster Dome was the setting for Sarahs 1st professional fight.  At the weigh in she was 3kg lighter than her opponent but was confident about the bout.

Throughout the warmup she remained confident and showed excellent maturity during her pre fight preparation.

At the start of the bout both girls began strongly and Sarah was clearly hellbent on not getting hit without replying.  Because of her height, this was going to be important throughout. She remained within range and replied with kicks.

The second round was equally fast paced and sarah began to use blocks and reply kicks extremely well.  She also proved to be stronger in the clinch than her opponent.

In the corner after the second Sarah was really enjoying her performance and could not wait for the third.  She engaged again immediately and won the final round with block/kick, slip and punch, and strong clinch.

A Unanimaous points win for Sarah
