Kao Loi Thai Boxing

The fight on Saturday was to be his biggest challenge yet against a strong opponent with an excellent record. Jeff Binns, from Fight Unit in Barnsley, proved to be as tough as his record suggested.

The fight began with a short-lived feeling out stage, and then both fighters began sending bombs, Jeff with strong low kicks and Kris with knees. Kris added kicks and punches in the next two rounds, landing regularly. Jeff received a standing 8 count in the 3rd round after an excellent attack finished with a high roundhouse kick. Kris continued to attack strongly through the final 2 rounds even though his leg was badly damaged from Jeff's low kicks. When the final bell rang Kris was awarded a unanimous points win.

With this victory Kris moves to 7 wins with 1 loss, and is looking to push on towards a Title fight next year.
