Kao Loi Thai Boxing

Due to increasing demand at the Hornbeam Park Gym and plans to start new classes, we decided to add to the useable matted area.

The new mats were ordered and the timber frame was put down over a weekend.  The mats were then put in place and the space available for training has been increased by a third.

The lobby area has now been floored and has been converted into a reception.  It contains the desk and shop, and people can now leave their belongings in this area thereby saving space for training inside the gym.

The gym now has a reception, larger matted area, ring, mirrors, 2 benches, running machine, cross trainer, seated rowing simulator, bike, 3 punch bags and a wall mount.
