Kao Loi Thai Boxing

The Gym will be open on the following times over the Christmas and New Year break :

Wednesday 28th December      7-9pm

Friday 30th December              6-8pm

Wednesday 4th January           7-9pm

Friday 6th January                   6-8pm

The Gym will be open for padwork, bagwork, and sparring.  Just turn up and join in.  Cost is £5 for the 2 hours and you can do as much as you like.  It is a must for people fighting in February!!! 

Junior Classes will start back on the 9th January.
