Kao Loi Thai Boxing

Chris will be taking the ring on December 13th on Simon Crockfords 8 man tournament at the Royal Armouries in Leeds.  

The format is 3 3 minute rounds with 1 minute rest.  There are 4 fights which lead to semi finals, and then the semis lead to the final pairing.  The final will be over the same distance but with full rules.  There is also a full undercard.

There are some good fighters in this tournament and Chris is leaving nothing in the gym during his training.  He has never been so fit and ready to go, and we are all looking forward to see him compete.
